May 7, 2006 - Dedicatory Ceremonies for the 60' Ceremonial Flagpole
The 60-foot Ceremonial Flagpole was dedicated with the raising of the US Flag, Kansas Flag, and POW/MIA Flag.  Posting of colors and special drum ceremony was conducted by members of American Legion Post 410 of Mayetta, Kansas.  Music was provided by the famed Santa Fe Band with Mayor Bill Bunten as the event speaker.  Click on a picture below to see a larger version in a new window.
